The reason you can't find them is. It is illegel to have clear tail lights, no white light to the rear. No one makes them for this reason. If you have a broken tail light and white light shows, you can get a ticket. Check the law before doing things to your car.

They are only legal if they reflect red light at night and also give off red light. They are illegal otherwise. As where to find them I would go get a tuner mag and look at the ads in there.
